Refund & Returns 

Not the perfect fit? Changed your mind? We get it.

At aer, we believe in making your experience seamless—because feeling confident starts with feeling comfortable.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached—just the way you received them.

To begin, follow the instructions at the link below. Have your Order ID and Phone Number or Email ID ready—we’ll take it from there.

We want every part of your Aer experience to feel effortless—including returns.

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied to all returns. This covers the cost of return shipping and will be deducted from your refund total.

Prefer to handle the return yourself? You're welcome to ship the items back directly to our warehouse at the following address:

For prepaid orders, you may choose to receive your refund as Store Credit or have it returned to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may opt for Store Credit, Bank Transfer, or UPI refund—whichever works best for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchange

We’re here to help you find your perfect fit.

At aer, we offer a complimentary one-time exchange on any style, size, or colour—because your comfort and satisfaction come first.

Once we receive your return, our team will complete a swift quality check before preparing your new piece. You’ll be notified as soon as your fresh pick is on its way.

If your exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Example: If you purchased an item for ₹2500 and exchange it for one worth ₹2000, you’ll receive ₹500 as store credit.

Please note: Any discounts applied to your original order will not carry over to the exchange. The new item will be billed at its current full price.
